What is VenuePass?

How is VenuePass different from season tickets?

How is VenuePass different from renting a suite?
Renting a suite means booking a whole suite for a single event. VenuePass is a monthly membership for two seats in a shared members’ suite at every event.

Can I bring a guest, and does it have to be the same person?
Yes, you can bring a guest, and no, it does not have to be the same person. Every membership includes one guest at every event. A client one night, your spouse the next, whoever texted you at the right moment after that.
Is there a contract, and how do I cancel?
There is no long-term contract. Membership renews monthly, and you can cancel anytime before your renewal date to avoid the next charge while keeping access through the month you paid for. If you cancel, your founding rate ends with your membership.
Can my company pay for my membership?
Yes. Each membership belongs to one named person, and a business can pay for it.
What is Flex It Forward?
Flex It Forward lets a member pass their two seats for an event to a friend, client, or family member when they can’t attend. It takes a few taps in the VenuePass Dashboard. They will owe you.
