When will my membership start?

Memberships at Frontwave Arena go LIVE on November 1, 2026. If you sign up today, you lock in the $595/mo founders rate, plus it covers your first full month, November. You can cancel anytime between now and then to receive a full refund. After launch, your next monthly charge won’t happen until December 1, 2026. 

How and when can I cancel?

I mean, the better question is probably “why” you’d want to cancel (you won’t), but in the off chance you do, you totally can. Memberships run on a monthly cycle and recur on the 1st. Cancel anytime before the 1st and you’ll keep access through the month you paid for, no further charges. Fair warning, though: when you leave, your founding rate leaves with you, and your seat goes straight to the waitlist. Coming back means today’s price and the back of the line. No hard feelings.

So where’s the fine print you’re definitely hiding?

If you’re looking for hidden fees, you’ll have to try literally any other ticketing model. Your monthly membership covers your access, your seats, and every perk you see on this page. No surprises and (definitely) no ticketing convenience fees.

How do I RSVP for events?

Members get access to a private VenuePass dashboard where upcoming events are listed. Just pick an event, tap RSVP, and you’re set. Rather pass your access to a friend? You can Flex it Forward with a few taps. Shockingly simple. We’re proud of ourselves.

When will I get my tickets?

After you RSVP, your spot is confirmed. Your event tickets and parking pass will be delivered to your AXS account the morning of the event. If they’re not there a week early, congratulations, everything is working exactly as designed.
