Send Your Team to Every Single Event at Frontwave Arena.

Be the boss who gives your team actual VIP treatment. Suite seats. Premium parking. VIP entrance. Waiter service. With 100+ events a year, there’s something for everyone. Even the employees who make you question your hiring decisions.

One membership. The whole calendar. You’re welcome.

Offer it to everyone on the payroll and this can be a 100% deduction.

IRC §274(e)(4)

  • Random Gift Cards

Nothing says “we value you” like $50 at a store they’ve never been to.

    Hard pass
  • Conference Room Pizza

Tough to beat conference room ambiance. Plus, somebody always takes four slices.

    Also pass
  • VIP Seats in the Suite

You pick the employee and the event. They pick a guest. We handle the rest. You look generous.

    Obviously

The IRS wants receipts kept in real time, not rebuilt the week the audit letter shows up. Our web app keeps them for you, every RSVP, every night. Hand the report to your CPA and go back to winning.

Not tax advice. We’re a suite, not an accounting firm.

They'll Get Used To It

Premium Parking

Park close. Feel superior. We won’t judge.

VIP Entrance

Um, general admission is over there.

VenuePass Suite

Unobstructed VIP seating.

In-Seat Service

Lift a finger. Or don’t. They’ll see you.

No Fine Print Energy

If it sounds included, it is.

Always Bring A Guest

+1 privileges, every single time. Your employee picks.

Flex It Forward

Tell us who’s coming in two taps, we handle the rest. Nothing to coordinate.

No Strings Attached

No lease. No down payment. No commitment issues.

Here's the whole thing

“Paying thousands for a suite full of empty seats? Bold business strategy. We have a better one. VIP treatment for your team all season, one predictable monthly bill, and a potentially 100% tax-deductible expense. We’d drop the ‘potentially,’ but our attorney likes having a law license. Your employees get spoiled. Your accountant gets excited. And you get to pretend this was all about employee morale.”

How it works

1

Request Your Invite

Tell us about your company. We’ll text you within a business day.

2

Preview An Event

Costs $100. Gets you + a guest the whole event experience. Bring your tax guy (kidding, sort of).

3

Send Your Team

Join, add your team, start handing out nights. Keep your $100 if you join within 7 days.

Hand Out Suite Nights Like a Legend

Every event. Your employee + a guest they choose. Shared across your whole team. You’re not buying anything. You’re just getting invited. Sounds much better than the holiday party nobody remembers.

Tell us a little about your company and we’ll text you within a business day.

I’m interested in(Required)

By submitting this form, you agree to receive texts and emails from VenuePass about your invite. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy. Also, relax. We're not going to blow up your phone with marketing texts. If we have something to sell you, we'll send an email like civilized people, so you can properly ignore us if you're not interested. We're a VIP membership, not your needy ex. No "hey, you up?" texts from us. Promise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this really a write-off?

It can be. Perks offered to your whole team, not just the owners and execs, are treated differently than taking a client to a game, and many businesses deduct 100%. The section your CPA will look up is IRS Code §274(e)(4): recreation for employees, not just the ones with corner offices. We’re not your tax pro. Ask yours. We’ll give you a usage report that makes it an easy conversation.
